JADEN

Thresholds Youth Champion

Jaden, Age 11, Thresholds Champion

Thresholds is proud to recognize the admirable efforts of one of our youngest advocates and supporters, Jaden. After looking for opportunities to support his community, Jaden, age 11, came across Thresholds’ Homeless Outreach (HOP) Program. Inspired by the team’s impactful service throughout Chicagoland, Jaden took action by contributing to our annual Winter Coat Drive and encouraging his school to do so as well. His leadership and generosity not only resulted in over 400 items collected for those in need but also inspired awareness and compassion in a new generation of behavioral health advocates. Today, we honor Jaden for embodying the spirit of Thresholds and paving the path for a brighter tomorrow. Thank you, Jaden!
